Return/exchange policy

• we don’t do any refunds whatsoever under any circumstances.

• All discounted or sale items are final sale no exchanges or returns. Thank you ❤️, includes all items from clearance/sale . Mystery box items are also no exchange. 

• pickup orders must be picked up within 6 months or they will be discarded/donated. 

• SOME items can be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value please read throughly, within 30 days of sale as long as they are new in their original bags/tags attached and we can still sell the item. EXCLUDING ALL CLEARANCE OR SALE these items are not exchangeable.  For sanitary purposes  swimwear, fajas, shapewear, lingerie, panties, bras, and any items that include underwear or have underwear/crotch part attached cannot be exchanged. 
• items without their original bags or packaging will not be exchanged or refunded

• please check that your order contents and address are correct because we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make any changes/accommodations and are not obligated to make any.

• exchanges accepted within 30 days from when the item was marked delivered by the post office. 
• ALL EXCHANGES MUST HAVE ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED ! No exceptions 

• clothes must be clean in the same condition they were sold in, clothes with obvious signs of use won’t be exchanged. 
• items covered in pet hair, dirt, ripped, strong smells, or stained will not be exchanged. 
• you can ship items back or come exchange them in person at 918 s Sheridan blvd, Denver, 80226 during business hours only. 

• items can be exchanged for something of equal or lesser value if the items you originally purchased are out of stock in your size. If the new item costs more than what you’re exchanging you must pay the difference. 
•we do not pay for the postage to make exchanges, if you’d like to make an exchange you will be responsible for the postage.
